Answer Yes or No to the following questions
____ Do you often get off to a good start on a project but loose interest after a
short period of time?
____ Do you know you want change, but don’t know where to begin?
____ Do you know what you want out of life but have no idea how to get there?
____ Do you have difficulty setting attainable goals?
____ Do you set goals only to fall just a bit short of attaining them?
____ Do you have a little voice inside your head convincing you that you
can’t do the things you desperately want to do?
____ Do friends and family encourage you to follow your dreams, but you
discount their encouragement because “they have to say that.”?
If you answered Yes to two or more of the questions above then coaching may be right for you.
____ Do your kids never seem to listen?
____ Do you set rules and regulations only to have them ignored?
____ Do you develop routines and chore lists that come on strong then fizzle
out?
____ Are you exhausted at the end of the day after working so hard, only to
look around your house to have it look like you did nothing?
____ Do you feel overwhelmed by chores and demands with no time at all for
yourself?
____ Do you and your spouse/partner argue in front of the kids?
____ Do you children treat you with disrespect verbally or through their actions?
____ Do you have very little time to spend with your family?

____ Have you tried to lose weight time and time again only to reach a plateau
and give up?

____ Do you argue over everything?
____ Do you argue about the same topics continually, never coming to an
agreement?
____ Has the passion gone completely out of your relationship?
____ Has it been ages since the last time you were intimate with your partner?
